We make the transfer process straightforward by helping coordinate shipment, required paperwork, identification, background checks, and pickup requirements.

Before having a firearm shipped to N.E.S.T., customers should confirm the transfer with us and provide the selling dealer with our current FFL information. Once the firearm arrives, we will contact you to arrange the required transfer paperwork and pickup process in accordance with applicable federal and Rhode Island law.

N.E.S.T. can assist with handgun and long gun transfers, online firearm purchases, dealer shipments, and other eligible transfers. Transfer fees, waiting periods, purchase applications, identification requirements, and other requirements may vary depending on the firearm and transaction.
